Admissions
Who can apply?
Anyone aged 16+ with basic computer literacy. Foundations and Generative AI tracks need no coding experience. Machine Learning and AI Engineering require basic Python (or our Foundations certificate).
Is there an entrance exam?
No. For advanced tracks we do a short Python readiness check during your admissions call so we can place you correctly.
When does the next cohort start?
Monday, 5 October 2026. Applications close 30 September or when classes fill, whichever comes first. New cohorts start roughly every 8–10 weeks.
Can I switch programmes after starting?
Yes, within the first two weeks — we'll move you to the right level at no extra cost.
Learning experience
Are classes online or in person?
Both. Learn on campus in Opeikuma, Kasoa or join live online. Online learners get the same instructors, labs and mentoring; all sessions are recorded.
What is the weekly time commitment?
6–10 hours including 2–3 live sessions. Evening (18:30–20:30) and Saturday options are available for working professionals.
Do I need a powerful laptop?
No. Heavy training runs on cloud credits we provide. Any laptop with 8 GB RAM works; loaner laptops are available on campus.
What if I miss a class?
Watch the recording, complete the lab, and use mentor office hours to catch up.
Fees
How much does it cost?
From GHS 1,200 (Generative AI) to GHS 4,200 (AI Engineering). Full pricing is on the Programmes page. Early-bird and group discounts apply every cohort.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — 2 to 4 instalments depending on the programme. Mobile Money, bank transfer and cards accepted.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refund if you withdraw before the second session. Partial refunds are considered case-by-case in the first two weeks.
Do you offer scholarships?
We reserve a small number of partial scholarships each cohort for women in tech, students and teachers. Indicate your interest on your application.
Certification & careers
Is the certificate recognised?
Our certificates are issued by Ghana School of Artificial Intelligence and are verifiable online with a unique ID. Employers value them because every certificate is backed by graded projects and a capstone defence.
Will you help me get a job?
Yes. Every cohort gets CV and LinkedIn clinics, portfolio reviews, mock interviews and introductions to hiring partners. We cannot guarantee employment, but we work with you until you're confidently interviewing.
Can my company sponsor me?
Absolutely. We provide invoices and progress reports for employer-sponsored learners.
