What we collect
When you apply, register or contact us we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email, location, programme interest and any message you send.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, process your admission, deliver your programme, issue and verify certificates, and send you relevant updates about cohorts and events. You can opt out of updates at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the school (e.g. communication and payment tools) and where required by Ghanaian law.
Certificate verification
Our public verification tool shows only the holder's name, programme and issue date for a valid certificate ID.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@ghanaaischool.com. We comply with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
