Enrolment
A seat is confirmed once the deposit or first instalment is received. Seats are limited and allocated in order of payment.
Fees & refunds
Fees are quoted in Ghana cedis and include materials, lab credits, certification and career support. A full refund is available if you withdraw before the second live session; partial refunds within the first two weeks are considered case by case. Instalment schedules agreed with your advisor must be kept to remain enrolled.
Attendance & certification
Certificates are awarded on meeting the published assessment criteria (attendance, graded projects and capstone). Academic dishonesty results in withdrawal without refund.
Conduct
We maintain a respectful, inclusive learning environment on campus and online. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
